The 'De Terp' shopping mall is part of the 'In de Boogaard' shopping centre in Rijswijk. It has a very high vacancy rate, including the former V&D department store. The area is in desperate need of rezoning. The former V&D premises will be replaced by two residential towers. The rest of the retail space will either be transformed into residential units or re-leased.
