The Knorr factory was based on this site until 2008. Beryllus Gamma and Reshape Properties acquired the factory in 2015. The site is being redeveloped into a high-quality residential park with 54 rental apartments and 41 private houses for a broad demographic. The private houses have all been sold. The rental apartments will be available around the summer of 2019. More information on rental (dutch).
