Brussels, Financial Tower

Reshape Properties served as the development manager in the Financial Tower redevelopment. The project, in the centre of Brussels, focused on technical as well as functional optimization, including relocation of the elevator facilities, the creation of an English court surrounding the high-rise building and the addition of a building of 20,000 m². The project was finalized in 2008 and has since been leased to the federal government of Belgium for a period of 27 years. The property now has a modern look in a vibrant urban setting.
