Reshape Properties was engaged as the development manager for the redevelopment of the former RAC site. The complex of 150,000 m² contains a mix of office buildings, apartments and additional amenities. The architectural group of Studio Arne Quinze created a striking and modern design with a cinematographic façade as the complex’s most prominent feature.
