Breevast BV owns approx. 11 hectares along Boerhaavelaan which has been partially zoned for construction. Reshape Properties developed a master plan for the site in collaboration with ZZDP architects from Amsterdam. This plan consists of 70,000 m² of residential space, 25,000 m² of office space and 100,000 m² of amenities. This mixed use results in a lively atmosphere in a prime location on Afrikaweg in Zoetermeer. The zoning plan was redrawn to make this development possible.
