The Winston Churchill Tower, an office building at the corner of Sir Winston Churchilllaan and Prinses Beatrixlaan, will be transformed into a residential tower. Reshape Properties will create 316 apartments, both rental and owner-occupied, in this building of 33,500 m2. The car park behind the building will have over 400 spaces. The building previously housed a government ministry.
