The structure located on Bergweg in the city of Hilversum was previously home to the IKON broadcasting organization. The building was formally known as 'Villa Berghof' and dates back to 1923. It was designed by the architect Jan Dullaart (1891-1957), who also designed many other buildings in Hilversum. Reshape Properties transformed this building into six residential units.
