In 2011, Reshape Properties acquired this property located on Koningin Sophiestraat in Bezuidenhout The Hague.  The property was rented by KPN as a telephone exchange until 2024. Reshape Properties intends to redevelop the loaction into housing. 

Participation

Reshape is currently in consultation with the municipality of The Hague and has started participating with the local community. The first meeting took place on July 7, 2025. The follow-up meeting will take place on November 13, 2025.
