Reshape Properties is developing four residential buildings for Beryllus Gamma in the beautiful district of Bezuidenhout, on the site of an office building of approx. 13,000 m². There will be a total of 150 high-quality residences, partly for rental and partly for sale. The complex will also feature underground parking facilities. Construction has begun and will be completed end of 2020. The project had been purchased by Amvest who will be managing the rental.
